Does anyone remember a fitness show from South Carolina with a blonde woman host with short hair?

It was on about 10 years ago. Always in the early morning hours.
It wasn't Susan Powter. It was a cheesy very early morning fitness show. I stress the early morning. Usually around 6am. Always on one of the public television stations.
