I went to have a consultation few months back at harley medical group, (breast enlargement) it was a nurse i went to see in the Chester clinic, however i found her VERY pushy - even to the extent of her trying to book me in the very next week! i didnt like the fact that she was so pushy that i didnt go back there. I have found another surgeon through word of mouth in liverpool rodney street. This clinic does not advertise in mags and papers, had all the info through the post and he seems good. The first consultation is with the actual surgeon himself which is better. Has anyone had experience with the harley medical group, good or bad?
And has anyone had experience with clinic in rodney street liverpool?

The truth is the Harley Medical Group are just a middle man between patient and surgeon. They are sales people and because they are getting commission, the prices are very expensive.

It's important you feel comfortble with your surgeon. Remember the best doctors don't need to advertise to get patients. Word of mouth is always better. My brother just had a rhinoplasty with a surgeon in London, he's actually one of the best, but you won't find him advertising in any magazine or billboard, he doesn't have to.

Go with your gut instinct.

Take care : )

well to start they are all pushy !!!
i went to Transform in the uk they are well known company and have been doing procedures for over 26 years now and are very well known i had breast implants last october and they are the best thing i have spent my money they look and feel like real and everyone says they look fantastic and my boyfriend loves them - honestly if your considering it you should definatly go for it they also do finance aswell i paid £4000 and its well worth the money . they look after you extreamly well - they pick you up in a taxi from whereever you live take you down to the nearest transform hospital all included in the price and you stay overnight and they give ya a 3 course meal and everything and then take you back in a taxi and you go in and see your local Transform after the procedure to make sure everything is ok - you go and get it done take a look at the website and go for a consultation !!!! I WOULD DEFINATLY RECOMMEND THEM I WAS 19 YEARS OLD WHEN I HAD MINE DONE AND I LOVE EVERY MINIUTE OF THEM WOO HOO XXXXXXX

My friend had hers done at the Harley medical group and all though the out come of the enlargement was quite good she also felt uncomfortable at the consultation and said that she wouldn't actually recommend the place to anyone!I had mine done last year witha place called Re-shape,they have a web site if you want to check it out!! Everything about it was excellent and the consultation is actually done by the surgeon that does the procedure(Dr khan) - the out come is excellent and i am defiantly confident enough in this place to recommend it!!!Good luck x

Think very carefully before you have this done. A competent and recommended surgeon will not come cheap.Having it done abroad has been known to produce disastrous results. Will the result really make you any happier, or are you being pressurised into it by your partner or boyfriend?

I found that with the Harley Medical Group - it was the same with Transform (where I got to speak to the surgeon but he asked me "so what's wrong with you that we need to fix" I told him there was nothing "wrong" with me! What a cheek!
I ended up going with the Poutney Clinic.
