It is rumored that Mickie had to lose her title to Melina because Ashley is going to have a story-line with her so they can go to WrestleMania 23 for a title match, and it's rumored that Ashley wins the gold!

Sorry Az but with the exception of Ashley all the others are just eye-candy divas.They can't really wrestle, for sure some like Maria know the basics.But up against trained wrestlers like Mickie or even Victoria they've no chance.You want to see someone really test Mickie or Melina for the title not have it all over in 2 minutes flat.As long as my Mickie is on & gets the belt b

I think that Ashley needs a little more help with her skills before she can start to contend for the title. Candice, when she returns will be legible for the title since her wrestling skills were improving before her injury. Torrie and Maria are just jokes at wrestling. They're only in the WWE for the beauty contests and to pleasure Vince, no other reason. On the other hand, Jillian Hall has some excellent skills in wrestling and she can wrestling as good as she looks and she is damn hot and sexy. So, I think she should move to RAW, defeat Melina for the Women's title and hold it atleast until SummerSlam. Also, if Gail Kim ever returns to the WWE from TNA, she'd make a great multiple-time Women's champion.

None of the above. Right now the only one who deserves the belt is Mickie James. Victoria comes in at 2nd but they need someone who can make the crowd interested in the division and Mickie is the obvious choice.
Can you think of another girl who is as popular as she is? The rest either have ZERO personality and some talent or ZERO personality and no talent (Maria, Candice, Trashley) for example.

they would be good contenders if they could wrestle (excelt torrie coz she can a bit). maria is one of the worst female wrestlers ever. mickie is ok but very limited at her wrestling ability. as far as i'm concerned melina is an excellent champion and should be champ for a while. she is a good wrestler and has the potential to be a great champ.

As for marie and candice, I say no to them cause they show off their body more than the do matches, so I really don't consider them to be worthy of a title shot, even though they have had them. they are more of just eye candy then wrestlers. And to claim to be Mickie James's #1 fan is far fetched cause I'm a huge fan of her as well. So stand in line my friend, cause I knew of her before she was mickie James when she was in TNA and ROH.

None of these girls cut the mustard as a great wrestler. They don't even deserve to be in the running for the women's championship. Vince needs to get these bimbos out of wrestling and hire REAL female wrestlers, not "divas".

SH*T all the female wrestlers in the WWE now absolutely SUCK! they dont wrestle they dance! After Chyna, Lita left the title should hav been taken with them and not brought back till the female wrestlers started wrestling again. It was a really good looking side of the game for a while there. Almost as big and exciting at Tag Team, but they both died, and i mourn that EVERY day.
Apologies for the rant but WWE has lost all respect in my book now.
