can it be done, or would the doctor push for a "reduction?" :(

Yes it is possible because when you get pregnant your body adjusts to make room for the babies. You will not stay 108 pounds. You will gain enough weight and grow in size in your body to carry them. Plus when you have multiple babies, they are a lot smaller than you think, twins normally weigh about 5 pounds each and triplets weigh between 4 and 5 pounds and are hardly carried to full term.

im pretty sure it can be done but im not quite positive never got pregnant before well yet...but good luck i wish you the best
