easy way- go to yahoo - search a domain name- then sign up for yahoo business- take the small package that gets you the site builder- then go nuts-- costs will be about 50 for the first month- 35 there after for a real good site that will alow business and paypall incorporation. sign for domaion name for only 1-3 yrs. best way with cheapest outlay to get as close to nice internet site- build your own- cut and past - drag and drop like a pro--

Similar to john m suggestions, search for the domain you want at Yahoo domains http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/domains/ . You can register for 9.95$ per year. Then I will suggest you try geocities.com or any free webhosting for a few months and then use Yahoo webhosting. I have been using Yahoo webhosting and its the best.
