why do applicants want to apply for recruitment assistance for a call center company?

Because the company themselves they are applying for don't advertise themselves because what their company name is might differ from the company name they use towards their customers. For example, I work in a call center, but I don't use my companies name when I answer calls for customers, I use the company's name that hired us to do the work when I answer calls. IF the company I work for is advertised, it conflicts with using the name of the company that hires the call center to do their work and then becomes redundant. So they use temp agencies and what not to get their employees hired.
