Probably not. However since the concept of time is man made, it would be possible to do it once, and leave it. Oncoming generations would eventually accept time as they then knew it, and life would go on.

No. The only change being made is that the time change occurs earlier and ends later. This is to reduce energy use as there will be more daylight in the evening.

I wish it were !! I think the Daylight Saving Time think is a waste of time !!

I doubt it. Daylight savings is all about saving electricity.
