I am normally, the forgive and forget type. But a supposed friend has well and truely screwed me over. And I am fed up of being taken for granted.
I have his mobile number, email address and several embrassing photos. He's always on the internet and I know of several forums that he regularly visits. Does anyone have any good suggestions on how I can make things a little uncomfortable for him for atleast a lil while.

Wait, bide your time, then years from now when he least expects it, if you still want to get him, go for it, give yourself time to find a legal way to do it.
In the meantime, have the best short term revenge, have a great life in spite of what he did to you.

Stick some captions below the photos you've got, that show him in a bad light. OK, the photos may look fine on their own, but with a word or two underneath, you could change things completely. (NB - listen to vagabond, though - you could be getting hurt worse).

I know it hurts but i think u should talk to him, let him know just how much u r hurt because of him and he'll apologise and u can become even better friends. That shows ur level of maturity too.

If you intend to keep him as a friend, i suggest you talk to him and explain how you feel as apposed to showing him up!!
Chances are he'll get you back in a worse way ie: putting your mobile number on cards in telephone boxes!!!

You don't really want to do that! It will all end in tears and to be honest do you really want to lower your standards to do such a thing?!?!
If you feel you HAVE to do something just email him directly telling him what you could do, I am sure that will be enough to frighten him for a long time!!

You may advice to please consult with a Doctor whose check your mental status. I think you are so depress & Its very danguress situation for your future life. if you feel hezitation from the above, then you sereously think about the "YOGA" . you can feel definatly some changs in your sosiel life from the Yoga.
