It's true that stress can cause all manner of symptoms, but the fact that you're experiencing pain in the calfs of your legs could indicate something far different, eg., this is a symptom of thrombosis. Do make an appointment to see your doctor as soon as possible so that he can advise you; he may also feel it necessary to take a blood test. Good luck.

the stomach bloating u describe may be down to IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). i have suffered from this for about 6 years now, and it's not much fun, is it ? u can also suffer from stomach cramps, trapped wind, diarrhoea, constipation, and a whole load of other lovely symptoms.... i found that certain food / drink can make the situation worse. common problem foods / drink include spicy food, high fat/processed foods, root vegetables (for me onions and cabbages trigger it), and also caffeine (coffee & tea) and alcohol make things a lot worse. i take a tablet called Multibionta which seems to help me. it's a multi vitamin/mineral tablet that also has a good pro-biotic in it, to help with digestion. i also makes sure i carry some immodium with me incase i have a bad attack whilst i'm out. all u can do to help with the stress is to have a really good look at your life to see what's causing these feelings, and then try to do something about it. you might even want to consider going to the doctors and discussing this. counselling may help, or there might be medication that could help u. it would also rule out any other medical problems that could be causing these symptoms. good luck !

most people who suffer pain through stress is via a headache, I would go to the doctor, just to have a check up.
Sounds like a circulation problem or if you young it just could be growing pains, but please check with you doctor.
