Since last 10 years, going to school, high school, college, work, etc. I have been late almost every day.
I am starting to realize it now. And I don't want people to wait for me. I could've gotten better grades, promotions at work, but I didn't because I’ve been late all the time.
-setting clock ahead doesn’t' not help me, when I know its 5, 10, 15 etc. mins is fast.
How can I prevent being late for everything?

This is a weakness for me too. I think it's because I don't like to be early and have nothing to do. I hate to be bored and waiting for others. So, what I try to do now is think ahead of how much time I will need. Then, I will think of something that I can bring along if I am early, a book I'm enjoying very much. There has to be a reward for being early. So, I have to prepare my own reward. It's also important to realistically think about how much time you'll need to get ready. Night before, lay out the clothes you'll wear. Make sure you know where your wallet, keys, watch and phone are. Think: okay shower 15 minutes. Coffee and paper 15 minutes. Brush teeth, last minute grooming 5 minutes. Then put in an extra 10 minutes for the last minute running around for the thing you forgot: the keys, the wallet, etc. Good luck!

make more efficient use of the time at hand by focusing on what you are doing one thing at a time and focus on getting it done as quickly as possible instead of doing several things at once you would be amazed at the amount of time spent walking back and forth. Also for everyday events find a routine that makes since and is effitient get used to doing it then time how long it takes and give your self an extra half hour for error don't set the clock ahead just know that you'll have extra time cuz you will most of thre time realize you needed it any way ..good luck

in assessment to the others, i don't believe putting your clocks forward. I do propose getting up somewhat previously and having various clocks around your place so which you will continuously be attentive to how far alongside time is. i ask your self once you're turning out to be up early sufficient. I take perpetually to get waiting so i upward thrust up 2 hours previously. As others have stated, make a itemizing of what you're able to be able to desire to get finished and basically do this. It additionally helps to prioritize stuff. then you certainly can pass stuff once you're working late. as an occasion, somewhat of cooking pancakes, you should in simple terms devour granola bars.

Best thing to do is to go to bed as soon as you get home from work, don't go home and busy yourself with chores or errands. Then wake up, and BUDGET your time like you budget your money! When you do that, you have time for what you can and are still able to make it on time to work. Trust me, I do it and it works.
