I have been on Talk Talk since July 2006 and have not any trouble with them. If you wish to terminate your contract ask yourself why. If they are not delivering as per their side of the contract then all you need to do is to write to them and tell them that you are terminating the contract and give the reasons. Give them a date at which you wish the end to happen and ask that the MAC code be sent to you on or before that date. Also state to them that any delays which causes any losses of future connection will be dealt with by your solicitor who also has a copy of the letter. Final paragraph say that you are sending a copy of the letter to Trading Standards and put at the bottom of the letter CC Trading Standards and do send it to them.

talk talk are a waste of time they promised me many go live dates. They eventually connected me 3 months late, even then i could not get on the net. They are a total waste of time ,all they do is tell you lies.
if you want to cancel your contract do what i done. ring them tell them you are cancelling as they are not fit for service, make sure you tell them you are stopping your direct debit.
they will send you a bill for the phone use they did not charge me or other people i know a cacellation fee as all the problems are down to their crappy service. Ask for your MAC code they have to let you have it by law. They normally ring it to you within 4 days.
tell anyone you know not to use talk talk.
Hope this helps and good luck.

By the sounds of it you are not getting any joy from customer services as to sorting out the problems you have with their service, so a quiet word with Trading Standards may point you in the right direction as to what to do next, remember the customer is always king.Good luck.

you will no longer be able to get out of a criminal settlement yet i think of you're lacking the factor. I incredibly have had AOL for basically approximately 10 years and not in any respect had any problems with the provider. AOL will no longer be able to handle to pay for to enable their provider slip, they seem to be a great outfit and furnish the terrific provider of any ISP I incredibly have had (and that i've got tried just about all of them). on the 2nd, I incredibly have telewest/NTL broadband as area of a equipment and that i nonetheless pay for AOL on applicable because of the fact it has under no circumstances enable me down in comparison to blueyonder. you would be a fool to cancel it regardless of in case you could desire to without penalty (which isn't the case)
