He has never been a hero but I met Ronnie Corbett once in the street I asked for his autograph anyway and he replied you don't know me so don't ask for my autograph, I have met a lot of my heroes who have all been lovely, especially Prunella Scales was extremely nice to me, and Paul O Grady is one of the nicest people you can ever wish to meet he spoke to me for about 20 minutes

I've met Liam Gallagher on quite a few occasions and, contrary to popular belief, he is actually a really nice bloke, down to earth and funny.
On the other hand, last Monday, Sean Bean was in my local and he came across as an arrogant tosser. Furthermore, last year I was out with a group of friends and Amy Winehouse was amongst the group. A young bloke and his girlfriend approached her and politely said they were fans. She launched into a tirade of foul mouthed abuse at the poor couple for no reason whatsoever.

Once worked at shop when ex Prime Minister Jim Callahan came into store. Asked do you know who I am as I have an account. So I put The Right Honourable James Callahan on the Invoice - to his disgust he crossed it out and put Lord Callahan -Bloody Cheek as I was stanch Labour and I did a lot for the party !
Good manners cost nothing.( I now vote who I believe is best for my constituency )

Reese Witherspoon is delightful in person, as is Velerie Bertinelli and Eddie Van Halen.
Teri Garr was nice but in a hurry.
Kellie Martin was so cool and very funny.
Ed Asner & Kareem Abdoul Jabar were HORRIBLE - very rude.
Ozzy Osbourne - looked and acted exactly as he does on "The Osbournes" -HIGH AS A KITE.

Never a hero, but Barbra Streisand is the nastiest witch of all time. I was a flight attendant for Delta and she was sitting in first class. I asked her, "Could I get you..." she didn't let me finish when she looked up at me and said, "I'm not giving out any f-ing autographs on this flight!" so, I said, "I have no idea who you are, but I was just going to ask if you'd like anything to drink before we took off." That shut the nasty old hag up!

Met Des O'Connor once, way back in the early sixties. He was quite nasty. But maybe he had a bad day. Ate at the same table as Faith Brown about 20 years ago. She was fun, and her **** were even bigger in real life!

I met Jack White from the White Stripes/Raconteurs at Reading Festival!! He wasnt horrible but abit full of himself as he wouldnt have a picture taken with me and said i could just shake his hand!! I just hate to see fame going to peoples heads.

I crossed paths with John Leslie at Ladies Day at Ascot a couple of years ago. What a p**** he really was up his own a****. Also Willie Carson (also at Ascot) little man, big temper. Saw "Mike Baldwin" and "Bet Lynch" at an opening of a local event, they were both really nice and down to earth.

Rod Stewart, he wasn't ever my hero,but we saw him at heathrow he was on one of these little buggy things and his attitude was more appropriate to a DIVA, he passes people who just wanted him to say Hi, but no he was to big for that. Celebrities need to remember who makes them can break them

Yeah. Dave Gorman was a right miserable B******d. I asked him a perfectly reasonable question and he gave a really sarky answer. boo. To the person who said about lemar. Did you watch top gear last night? Maybe thats why.
