Outline the responsibilities -
responsible for maintainging rapport with customers
accurately taking orders and ensuring distributing them to correct recipient
liaison with head office to ensure stock readily available
collection of payment via a number of methods
etc
Its the wording you use that makes the difference!!

Keep your resume short but sweet. Remember, they are seeing a bunch at a time & the one's that are brief, never over 1 page,
generally get the most favorable reactions.
Here's what I would do. And if this has been your only job, just list it with the items after that I show. They will admire your candor ..

Put down that you were an expediter for a small book distributor and you conducted book requisitions. Your job required adept customer service skills.

First put the companies info that you worked for, including name, address telephone number, manager's name, start date, end date, rate of pay. Then put exaclty what you did on your job, and what skills you got out of it, including customer service, mathmatical skills, stuff like that, relate what you did to a certain skill you learned. Then put the reason you left and then go on to the next job if you have another emloyer to put on that.

There are many various ways to write a resume and a cover letter. I have placed in the source box where you can source information to do this. It is difficult to answer the question not knowing what employment it is.

i think by the time u prepare ur resume, ur employer wud hav visited this site and seen ur this ''yahoo resume '' wat u mention u did for all these years....y not..am sure...cos when employees like u and me visit yahoo...u think our bosses wundnt???..
