What should we do first!?
Who thinks that the problems in third world countries should be prioritised, and a campaign be organised to put the list to the main charities.
What I mean should we do Vaccines first? Or support a clean water program? Again, should we help with home building? Maybe a contraception program? I am talking about people who are not in danger of war or in the middle of famine.
Could you please add to this list? Would you make a list that we could put up and take a serious look at.

The first thing is water.
You should help provide a permanent water source first off.

Look at Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Go down the list. Meet the physical needs first. Then if there are still resources you can move up the list. But you'll probably decide to move to another area and meet the physiological needs there next. Once people's physiological needs are met, they can meet the rest of their own needs.

Michael Jackson sang 'Starting with the man in the mirror'. So priority one is of course 'doing what we can do best'.
There is enough in this world for everybody. The problem is in the will to give away what we don't need to those who need. Developing nuclei of 'Do Gooder bodies' all around the world and expanding them at the fastest pace possible to coalesce and coordinate is a real necessity. Each of these nuclei would have to set out its own priorities.
There is a different need and a different set of priorities for each household in the developing countries. Solutions that we think are correctly prioritised may seem pointless to many of them.
I would suggest population control measures to be added to your list. May be we should hypnotise people into believing that their main purpose of being born is not procreation.

Good question.

How about priority number 1 for countries like America be "Don't wage war on impoverished 3rd world countries". That way, you'd need to offer less help.
