I am single taxpayer with 2 pensions,with total income of 40812.00 and i deduct 2964.00 in federal income tax witheld.How much total i will ne liable this year??

where do you live? What is your filing status? What are your deductions?

It is impossible to answer your question and if anybody gives you a tax figure, I wouldn't trust it!

this year is only one arm and one leg

depends if you have any other deductions, like home mortgage interest, medical bills, will you file a 1040 or 1040 EZ

Hell man i use Turbo Tax its easy and accurate cant do your taxes without your W-2s and all your detuctables

some pensions are pre paid. Go to www.irs.gov and file your taxes for free.............
