The age never matters the safeness of having sex depends on the means, that you use condoms, then you r not vigilated by people and help protect yourself and the parter from the STD (Sexually Transmitted Dieses).

Nope, its not "safe" in several ways....STD's and pregnancy are the physical pitfalls....if you have a kid now, you're life is set on a course that you can't change....
you will also have emotional effects....you will regret if afterward...wait until you find the person you want to spend the rest of your life with...you won't regret it....
just keep jerking off....its harmless....and no "Sid Jr's" running around!
