You mean "Murder on the Orient Express". It is an amazing book written by Agatha Christie. I am not aware of whether it was made into a movie, sorry.

"Murder on the Orient Express" was released in 1974. It was directed by Sidney Lumet and starred Albert Finney as Agatha Christie's detective, Hercule Poirot. Co-starring with Finney were an all-star cast: Sean Connery, Lauren Bacall, Martin Balsam, Ingrid Bergman, John Gielgud, Wendy Hiller, Anthony Perkins, Richard Widmark, Jean-Pierre Cassel, Vanessa Redgrave and many others.
A snow-bound train, a murder in the night, at least a dozen suspects, and a surprising solution to the puzzle! If you're asking who commited the murder, --that would be giving away the secret, wouldn't it?
