Some people seem like they're on a schedule and I wish I was. How can you train your body to start a schedule?

Don't even worry about it. People are all different.....

Then you will have more free time to worry about other things, like global warming, poor people, orphans, government, the world.

First off you need to take a powdered fiber supplement twice a day. This will make it easier for you to have a bowel movement. What people sometimes do is sit on the toilet at a certain time of day everyday to start programming the intestines to release the waste. I think if you use the fiber supplement you will start having BM naturally.

Drink a glass of Warm water every morning.

When you get up in the morning, drink a glass of cold water. Do this daily until you go regularly at about the same time daily. Worked for me.

I wake up and have a cereal that is decently high in fiber, and drink 2 cups of coffee very quickly (let it cool a bit while your eating the cereal). It works good for me....
