I think this is a game with words.
Kokanretsina is retsina with coca cola.
I think I have also managed to decipher a few greek words in your message, like "briam" and "sas parakalo". There is another one ( "p....i"), but it wouldn't be descent to write it here.

Retsina (Ρετσίνα in Greek) is a Greek resinated white (or rosé) wine flavored with pine resin, a tradition that allegedly goes back to Homer's time when the clay amphorae used to transport wine were sealed with resin, a practice that purportedly kept out air and gave the wine a characteristic flavor that covered any signs of spoilage.
Best when combined with Greek foods, especially the savory mezedes served as appetizers.
Some people, mostly non-Greeks, say that Retsina, is an acquired taste. Some other, say that Retsina has a flavor as "sappy and turpentine like".
κόκκινη pετσίνα (kokini retsina)= red retsina

everything else you've added later just describes the way you would be talking after having to much retsina....sorry, makes no sense

If you mean retsina, it is a wine fragranced with pine tree resin.
If you mean kokoretsi, this is a traditional plate made of lamb intestines and livers, and it is awsome, even though it sounds gross.

You should refer to "vivet"'s reply as to what retsina is and all I can think of the work you mention, is "Coca" 'n retsina, that is a cocktail with Coca-Cola and Retsina, but I consider it to be a sacrilege!
