I'm neither a physiotherapist nor a beautician but I should think that it's important for a beautician to know how to find the bones of the face in order to apply makeup correctly; plus, if you're going to be giving massages, you're going to know where the major muscle groups are, how they respond best to pressure and what not to do in order not to create damage within the muscles.
Going deeper into the 'beauty' industry, a tatooist and some one who pierces ...parts ... are going to need to know about the circulation system, as well as the muscle groups, I should think.

I'm not entirely sure what a beauty therapist does, but if it has anything to do with making someone feel better about him/herself or self improvement AP may be important to study. Anatomy and Physiology studies the makeup and functionality of a human body. If you are going to be giving therapy on beauty or self improvement, knowing how the body works and differences in genetics and other things may help you better assist your future clients with more thorough advice.

Anatomy = so you know what to wax when doing a brazilian. Physiology = so you know what to rub when doing an indian massage. Just two things that I would hope my beautician would know. I hope this helps.
