Click on My Computer--Control Panel---System---at the top select Hardware Tab---click on device Manager then Display adapters...Easy...
Or download Sisoftsandra..

Click on start then click run.Type dxdiag into box and then click ok.At the top of the page click on the display tab.In the device box it will tell you the Name,Manufacturer and chip type which is the type or model of the video card in your system.
