Do those ppl who's in their 40s less educated still hv a place in Singapore?

Lets get real and face the facts.Many ppl in their 40s out there still unable to get a stable job.Despite going thru countless interviews (which eventually end up nothing)80% of them were told to drive a cab for a living instead.Are we being left out in Singapore society????

nope, they just have to keep improving their skills (eg. go for courses etc) to keep up wit e society, and not just lack behind.
