I am doing a rent to own with the owners of the house...basically, credit not good enough to go through a mortgage company....BUT..I can get a new car through a finance company....hmmmmm...
I like this deal better.....

i still live with my parents sad i no but its cheaper than renting or buying and im saving up for a house off my own!
