As well as a 10 day forecast, there is also a holiday planner on the website provided - you select the month of travel so this may give you the information you require for July.

July is a bit far away to be accurate. Scotland is also a fairly large country with variations of weather from north to south and east to west, so you should try to be more detailed in your question. However, there are sites that can give you average details... just type in Weather Scotland July (or weather city name weather), where the city name is the closest city to where you will be visiting, in any search engine and you will get some good information.

I have spent 2 weeks in Scotland one in July and the other in September and both weeks were FAB. We had rain on the way up past Loch Lomond in the July week, but the rest was glorious. I went swimming in Loch Crerran and was joined by a seal, it was amazing.

I can promise there will be loads of sunshine with a few clouds about, unless it is totally overcast, or overcast with droplets of water, often in copious amounts coming down.

Note: I did not use the "R" word!

you'd need to see a psychic to predict weather that far in advance!

I would usually say rain, but with global warming you might get lucky!
