Apparently it starts happening from about the age of 25. A doctor told me it's due to the cushioning between the bones losing effect gradually so the bones all move closer together.

I was wondering after reading this about how your bone density was doing.

I've not gotten any shorter as of yet due to age. I'm 35 but I know I need to keep an eye on it because I'm prone to osteoporosis due to a couple medical conditions I have.

I think it is a natural process. You become bent from the backside and shoulders bone also get slightly curved.

In males, even the size of the penis get reduced after 45 or so.
