i am looking a buying a 7600GT/2dht pcie graphics card but have read some reviews that say that the card runs really hot has anyone had any problems with the card

No.. GeForce 7600 GT has a good heat sink .. just make sure that you pick up a reliable brand so that its not just the memroy but a good heat sink that comes alogn with it!
you can also buy an external cooler / fan (which you can purchase for high end video cards / GPUs) if you think its getting bad.. i dont have a problem with my desktop though..

most people say based on there they geting out from the i had same problems when i was buying card ? but card your buying is fine for soft & hard gaming ..(Sapphire Technology Radeon X1650Pro 512MB DDR2 PCIE Dual DVI ) how about this this card get so hot but giving out much better gaming so what i did was use more cooling?

Use a good thermal paste such as Arctic Silver 5 and with your case properly ventilated you should be fine.
