There is the bioacoustics newsletter (for bioacoustic specialists) and other scientific journals that list jobs in specific fields. Then there are more popular magazines like New Scientist that have job adverts. (and after reading the stories in new scientist you'll find out who's doing what, and be able to figure out who's hiring, then go to their websites and see the jobs on offer.)

If the desired job is academic, you might try jobs.ac.uk .
