When you crimp the cable, one side of the color code should be: WO, O, WG, B, WB, G, WBr, Br and the other should be: WG, G, WO, B, WB, O, WBr, Br.

RJ45 is connector used for making of cables.if u want to connect to pc with eachother u may go for the crossover cable. crossover cable has its on colour code standard. while making this cable be with utp cable(d-link most preferable of good quality), clump tool, two rj45 connectors and with the colour coding of the crossover cablePin Color Pair Descrtipion

It's faster and cheaper (<$10-20) just to go and buy a cross-over cable from radio Shack or any corner Mom & Pop computer store.
You would need a special tool just to install the RJ-45 connectors anyway and they are not cheap.

crimp the rj45 con to cable by the method.the method is 1:3, 2:6, 3:1,4:4, 5:5, 6:2, 7:7, 8:8. then go to my computer`s properties,computer`s name,(give computer description)click on change then give workgroup name then ,ok wait some sec then its shows welcome to ----------workgroup,ok shows restar to take effect.restart the system and go to my network place propertise then shows lan connection and go their propotise,click on tcp/ip and proportise then obtined ip address .give ip address like(192.168.111.111)then click on subnet mask its shows automaticaly ok it and close it.ittake some sec.second system configure in same process but workgroup is same&ip is(192.168.111.112).
conect the cable in nic card(LAN CARD)of both system.then start RUN and type ping 192.168.111.111,again go to another system apply same procedure.it shows 100mbps speed in cross cabling finishes the procedure.tips cable have 8 wire colours are 1orange,2orangestrip,3green,4greenstrip,5blue,6bluestrip,7brown&
8brownstrip

To do that, apart from knowing the correct wire-colour to pin mapping, you would also need a crimping tool. If you need only a single cross cable then I would suggest that you buy it instead.
