Everyone else is correct - WORD is NOT a web editor. WORD will also insert funky coding into your webpage that may not be compatible with all browers.

However, in a pinch, you can fudge and create SIMPLE Webpages. Access tools for creating webpages by using View>Toolbars>Web Tools. You will also need to change your View to Web view to best utilize these tools and see the outcome.

You will also need to do a Save As to save your document in Webpage format. In the Save As dialog box (at the bottom under Type where Word Document (.doc) is default, select Web Page (.htm will be most universally accepted format)). Note that if you use any images, they are saved as separate documents, and you will need to be sure that both the webpage and images are located in the same directory on your website, intranet, etc.
