IBM is nowhere near the top although it tends to be viewed as such in many Indian and African regions. No it is actually in 10th place according to Forbes.

Its microsoft which stands on the top,IBM can be on second place

no IBM doesn't stand at top.there are many company ,which is ahead of IBM.
