For stocking coolers and shelves with alcoholic beverages, there isn't usually an age requirement. In most places you must be at least 18 to serve said beverages in restaurants. To work in most bars and liquor stores you must be 21+.

if you mean serve then you must be 18 to buy alcoholic drinks. if you are under 18 and working there you must get it verified by someone over 18 as by the law you cannot sell alcohol under the age of 18. if you mean to stock the shelves then its over 18 unless supervised by someone over 18.

I don't believe so. But laws may vary by state. In New York, I think you can stock the shelves, but you must be 21 to ring them up on the cash register.
