If You wanna Really know about this or else.Nothing, Napkin is a cotton.When a girl becomes getting some physcial changes in their body to carry a baby.This identified by Blood from their womb. This Stage is known as Age Attending. After that This will Happen Periodically for 3 days (i think so) in a month.So they Wear the Napkin to absorb the blood.After certain age this process stopped and this is known as Menopass(this will happened in their 46 age onwards). Cleared.And One more thing You, on those How much pain they fell u know.If u feel that pain defintly u decided to go suicide.That's why our ancient put them kept away from daily activies and give the complete rest.but Nobody can understand that.If You know, You shouldn't raise this question on net rather yourself try to serach and get the answer.Anyway this is enough for you.

When they became 16 to a certain age they need this. u know when we r in certain age we feel to have sex they also feel the same thing and when they feel it something comes out of their ***** which u can tell chick or some blood if they have the feeling to have sex the napkin protect their undergarment from being dirty
