I think it depends on if she was in a long term relationship with them or just screwing around. A woman who has casual sex with more than say 7 guys has been around the block but a woman who has had say 7 boyfriends of more than 6mo then it isn't really around the block since she required a commitment. Of course if the number is up there in the over 20's then she has been around the block regardless of how many were long term. I personally have only been with 3 on purpose (1 casual) and I was forced 1 time. Neither me or my husband feel that is overly promiscuous.

I guess it would also depend on her age. I mean if she's had 10 partners and she's like 60, that's a lot different from having 10 partners and she's only 25.
