I wanna hear your suggestions?
It seems the only thing the National Football team fail on is penalites!

If England make another penalty shootout they should bring on the veteran team - Alan Shearer, Robbie Fowler, Andy Cole, John Barnes - they'd all be better than the current lot. Oh and Owen Hargreaves because he plays his football in Germany and nobody takes better penalties than the Germans!
Oh and the national team fail at a lot more than just penalties! Basic footballing ability needs a bit of work too.

There isn't one. England are officially the worst team in the world at penalty shootouts. We're too emotional to take penalties (contrary to the international stereotype of what the english are like). England will only win a major tournament when they replace the shootout with something else.

Matt Le Tissier scored 48 out of the 49 penalties he took in his career. Unfortunately, that's no good to us now. The only player to score in the shoot-out against Portugal in the World Cup last year was Owen Hargreaves so I guess you could argue it is him.

Both Lampard and Gerrard take them well but if you ask for one then I'd only go for Lamps.

Thanx!
