I'm afraid you need to be a lot more focused in the information you require. To write the full history of British costume (and assuming by this expression you mean England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) would take a massive book or several books if you which accessories and jewelery to be included. You need also to say what you mean by 'the beginning'

we can see & read out in books _ british costumes / history of britishers etc. britiishers wore excellent jewellery& royal dresses.
stylish , rich & used as fashion in India.
