I am 23 yrs old male.I have a problem of dry yellow cough with bad breathing comes out of my mouth everytime and everyday for last 3-4 years.But in recent 12 months I have regular night falls from penis when squirt or semen comes out of my penis during night falls.This squirt or semen which comes out of my penis during night falls is also comes out of my mouth from very next morning as cough with bad breathing for first 4 hours of the day. and later dry yellow cough with bad breathing comes out of my mouth in remaining time of the day and night for last 12 months.I have try some home remedies like tulsi leaves with honey but nothing have improve. please help me to cure my problem with allopathy medicine with its dosage and power of medicine

Although Its hard and not advisable to give advice without a full examination and history one can give a general oipinion on your problems.
It seems that you are confusing two seperate issues. The Bad breath and foul sputum may be due to chronic tonsillitis or an infection of the tonsils. There are many other causes for this and you should go to an ENT specialist (Ear Nose and Throat doctor) for a full consultation and treatment.
Your second problem is not a problem at all. "Night falls" or the ejection of semen while sleeping is a normal event. If you dont mastuburate or do so only infrequently then the stored semen is discarded at regular intervals usually while you are sleeping. This is normal and your body way of disposing excess or unwanted semen. You can get rid of this by mastuburating regularly before you sleep. But its really not a problem as such.
Meanwhile for your cough you should see a doctor
Brush your teeth regularly 2-3 times a day after meals
Clean your tongue with a brush or tongue scraper after brushing
Floss regularly
Gargle with an oral solution like listerine (dont swallow but spit)
see a dentist and ENT doctor
