The first six weeks walking and eating healthy. After this period moderate exercise minimum 3 times a week. Drink lots of water and cut out the junk food. You will start seeing the results immediately. I didn't breast feed. I lost all my baby weight from 90kg to 60 kg. If that doesn't work get a smaller mirror.Ha Ha. Good luck.

Pilates, hurts really bad tho. Trust me, im doing the same thing. I went on a low calorie diet and i lost all of my baby weight. Get on google and search for BMI measuring. It should take you to a place that will tell you how many calories you should eat in a day based on your height and weight. Hope this helps. O and you get to eat some pretty good food this way. My favorite diet at least. Jes

My best friend drank lots of water and ate more fruits and veggies than anything else. Lose the soda's, my mother's nutritionist said one soda will make you gain twelve pounds, because of all the sodium. If you don't have a taste for water (like myself) my mother's nutritionist suggest propel (which is great, not like all the other flavored waters out there) and just as good. Fruits, any kind of fruits, fresh not in a can .(too much sugar)
Also red wine vinegar boosts your metabolism and makes you burn fat faster. And last, but not least, try eating breakfast. It jump starts your metabolism, causing your body to burn calories faster .

As long as you're not nursing detox is a great method for loosing unhealthy weight. Make sure to take multi-vitamins as well and drink plenty of water. This is also a great way to help clean out your body of toxins that poison our bodies.
