i always used to use olympic airways to travel to greece, about the same price as the budget airlines, but without the rubbish service.

Easyjet is quite good and cheap, and British Airways has very low prices lately.
Olympic airways is the best, but usually not the cheapest.

Monarch airlines- they're cheap, have great service and are really friendly. book with them online as its fast and efficient.
