Does anyone know how to contact `senior authority in HP' about their attrocious and grossly incompetent customer services??

All of the companies listed when you try to contact Hewlett Packard are Scam companies from India who pose like they are Hewlett Packard and then ask permission to take over your computer so they can repair it, in which they will charge you upwards of $199.00. They will each tell you they "are" Hewlett Packard unless you ask specifically if they are "the actual company" wow!
