Basically any kind of fruit or vegetables.
Pretzels are also a fantastic snack to have. They give you a bit of fiber and provided they are just basic salted pretzels, they are fat-free.
If you're wanting a snack that will make you feel full, try bananas. Another option for feeling full is hummus. Hummus is wonderful with pretzels, pita bread or crackers. Depending on the kind of pita bread and crackers you use, you can get those in 100% wheat or fat free also.
Nuts are also a great snack source, but be careful which kinds of nuts you consume. For example, almonds are the most fattening of them all.
It goes without saying though, look at the labels to see what the serving size is. What you may think is one serving could actually be two or more!

Funny.
I just got done scarfing a bag of Pistachios. I just can't stop.
Trail Mix is good and healthy. (Strange combination)
I found a good one with M&M's.
Check out the different brands and mixes.
(I am not one for coconut)
They included various nuts and fruits; dried apples, bananas, coconut, raisins, apples, etc.
Some probably include dried vegetables if you look hard enough.
Heck, Get creative and make your own with a beef jerky mix or whatever floats your boat or wets your whistle.

What is the problem? if someone asks for something it is one less than you have to eat. Good thing if you're trying to lose weight, no? you really should lose some, 158 pounds at 5'3 and 14 years old is pretty big.
