Sometimes stress and anxiety can keep you from getting pregnant. The stresses could be from work or finances or something besides the stress of trying to get pregnant. If you can go on a vacation for a week or two and just enjoy being with your husband. You are both still young and there is still a lot of time left for you to have a baby. I was trying to get pregnant with my second child I worked for a real, big time jerk. He left for a three week vacation. Guess what the work pressure was gone and during that time I got pregnant. We had been trying for a year and when the stressor was gone--bam, I got pregnant. Good luck. I know that telling you to relax does not help that much but that is the truth of the matter.

You need to consult a dr again. You mention that you have polycystic ovarian syndrome (which is different from polycystic ovaries) and that you had a lap. Was the lap done to check to see if you had endometriosis too? The reason I ask is because endometriosis can make it hard for a woman to have a child too. Also, endometriosis and PCOS are very common together.

Have you also had your thyroid checked recently? Thyroid problems can mess up our period too.
