how do i get my period to become regular & doies too much sugar cause one to menstrate twice in a month?

i have irregular periods associated with cramps i know am about to have my periods when my breasts really hurt.

You need to first...see a doctor. It's important because they could prescribe some birth control pills that regulate your menstrual cycle. Also, they can check to see if anything weird is going on. So yeah, make an appointment!

if you have diabetes your period is irregular,, the cramps are caused because of ovulation ... i think it's on the left side
