Not a whole lot - this is why there are so many women on here every day complaining about tender breasts, mood swings, bloated tummies and general malaise who have themselves convinced they are pregnant.
Even in very early pregnancy, its is the hormones patterns that cause PMS that cause the exact same symptoms - it takes a good 3-4 weeks after conception for the pregnancy hormones to reach a level strong enough to override your "normal" hormones, so to speak, and start to actually cause the physical secondary symptoms of pregnancy - just like PMS in a way, but it goes on and on and increases in intensity, at least for awhile.
By this time your period would be long overdue and you'd probably have some idea you were pregnant.
Because early pregnancy can very closely mimic the normal symptoms and cycles of the average female, many women don't realise they are pregnant right away.
However, a lot of women who are hoping to be pregnant or fearful of being pregnant will experience normal PMS style symptoms and have themselves convinced they are pregnant. Many of them won't be, and eventually their period will show up. But thos who will be will always say "see?? told you so!!"

They feel a lot the same. The only difference is that your PMS will follow up with a haevier period. You may have some light spotting after you become pregnant, but it will not compare to the real thing. You may have cramps, back spasms and feel tired for quite a while after you become pregnant.
Good luck!!!
