You're right to not be a sun worshiper as it's the worse thing for causing premature aging....so you're right to stay out of the sun....but did you know [I'm sure you do] that even during the winter months a sunscreen should still be used.....

Not any more. I was many years ago - used to go out of my way to lie on my back on the beach to get a tan, but for the last 10 years I've lived in Portugal, and you get used to the sunshine. It's sunny here all the year round and during the summer it gets unbearably hot. This puts you right off sunbathing and now I only go to the beach early in the morning or late in the afternoon, and I never lie around. I swim, canoe, etc... The sun's dangerous anyway - as dangerous as smoking!

I worship the sun god, but not to the point off looking like a leather mitt.
Getting a tan actually helps with your mood, and as long as you always wear sun tan lotion you should be fine, and the added bonus off wearing sun tan lotion is the great moisturising you get at the same time as protecting your skin.
