Columnist, Ann Coulter said, jokingly about John Edwards, that he is a ******. Now, the fact that he is so upset about a remark that if it weren't true shouldn't bother him at all. He did the following : (see below)
"The candidate also posted a video of Coulter's comments, asking supporters to raise $100,000 in so-called "Coulter Cash" for his campaign to "fight back against the politics of bigotry.""

Come on Edwards, why do you care what a columnist writes about you? If he's running for office, shouldn't he be a little thinker skinned than this?? Hey. Maybe it's true!?

Edwards shows how liberals can dish it out but they can't take it.

Ann's comments are American and defensible it is called Free Speech.

If you don't like Ann don't listen to her.

Funny how liberals can't come up with their orginal books but have to mock her book two I believe at last count.

Yet what about Bill Maher wishing Chenny was dead does that make the headlines. ...NOPE

Can you say bias liberals I knew you couldn't.

Maybe if Ann Coulter had a sense of humor this wouldn't be an issue. Calling someone a ******, besides making you a disgusting person, isn't funny, it's an attack. Maybe if she were more like Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert (who's humor doesn't even offend Papa Bear Bill O) people would agree with her instead of reacting to her.

Sure freedom of speech gives one the right to express an opinion but if the target decides to defend himself - it's only fair play, besides as a candidate for the highest office in the land, he has a reputation and image to protect. Surely his wife and 4 kids are gratified to see his response.
The word is a derogatory slang, recently the star of the US show Grey's Anatomy used the word and was heavily criticized by the public, gay activists and the producer of the show. The star apologized and sought counseling.

Ann is a well known affiliate of the republican party, and the party seems ok w/her. What came out of Ann's mouth was not a joke, it was an accident that she could not take back.

Edwards is right to say the things that he is. Ann should be left behind and forgot about.

Ann Coulter is pilloried in liberal publications all the time. She seems to take it in stride. Someone ought to send Mr. Edwards any recent copy of Hustler and ask him if he thinks Larry Flynt's treatment of Ms. Coulter is upsetting to him...

You see...There are people who think before they speak, they really weight their words on their tongues before they let them out. And unfortunatully other people say what ever comes up to their mouth and they find a way to let it out...these kind of people should really speak from their anus; they would probably make more sens. But now it's too late, she tried to be cool but she end up like a fool. She really choked up on her own hands.

If Coulter is a journalist, she needs to present facts, not hurl insults. This is the same woman who defended Mark Foley and said he could "Get better". Better at what? Seducing young boys better? She's unprofessional, bitter and anyone she insults has the right to fight back.

What got me is that if she would say the word fa ggot, she would say the word *** ger. A bigot is a bigot, the fact that people are defending her hate speech is sick.
