Need help on report?

Question

Question 2: Recently there has been a great deal of controversy over the possible security risks of certain VOIP (Voice over IP) software/services such as skype and several others. Your task is to investigate the issues whether or not these concerns are justified.


so far i only have the intro done this is it:
Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) was invented in 1973 by the Network Voice Protocol (NVP) Company for the use of ARPANET providers. VOIP is a tool that allows you to call other PCs’ from your computer. Now VOIP is integrated into various software such as: Skype, Glophone, BuddyTalk, and etc…, for the public to use, but because of the way it works there are some general side effects to using it


i have to use 1000-1500 on this report( this is half of it i finished the other half, i used about 980 words on it)
I have only like 4 more days to finish it. I need help with it (if possilbe plz write it b/c this part is hard for me, or just give me ideas on how to do it, thxs

What are the specific concerns and problems? Are there examples you can give? The courts have ruled that cell phone transmissions do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy, would this area garner the same ruling? Is there a safe program? If you address these, you'll have at least a thousand words AND answer the question. Good luck.
