The role of HRO in hotel industry is little different from that of other industries.Basically, Hotel Industry is a service industry. All the employees in a service industry should be aware of the importance of the services offered. So the job of HRO in a hotel is all the more difficult because he got the responsibility of training the employees in rendereing best services to their clients. The image of a paritucular hotel depends on the quality of services offered by its staff. The role of the HRO in a hotel is very critical and the success of the hotel depends on the capabilities of its HRO.
