There is a rarely played Russian Choral variation on Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture, and it's a possibility that's the one your looking for. There's also a chance it's a Russian national song, such as the national anthem. Kamilia Putri is the name of one of the soloists in the youth Orchestra. (she has a number of her performances up on YouTube)
