Most phones made today are capable of using the internet and has a camera. The cost of browsing varies on what cell phone company you are going to get. (The same goes for a phone model.) Go to a few websites and look it up. If you are planning to use the internet alot, you are better off getting an unlimited package (they usually come with text messages also), which usually costs $19.99 a month. I had a smaller package, but I always went over my amount and ended up paying a lot more than the twenty dollars a month.

go for any phone with a symbian series 6 operating system, prefarably a nokia one. N72 will be a good one for internet and camera.
cost of browsing will depend on your service provider, most providers like hutch charges a monthly fee + the amount of data transfer.. which tends to be very costly.
idea charges as per data usage and doesnt have a monthly fixed charge.. good choice if you plan to use rarely
and airtel which will be best if you are a heavy user.. fixed rent of 90rs per month and it gives unlimited usage..
the services and plans will differ from circle to circle and are differnet for prepaid and postpaid users.

trust me go for nokia 6070...its the best with gprs but camera is not that gud and that costs around 5000/-
airtel live is free of cost no charge at all for browsing or chatting on yahoo messenger
but do not ever buy motorola handset for gprs....it sucks!
