Drink in a lot of water or taken in a lot of fluids a day or two before you are due. Don’t miss a meal during this time. It is mostly due muscle fatigue or dehydration. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

U want the real answer? Eve. Because she bit that damn apple all women have to suffer because of her. Oh, if I could get in a time machine. But, for real, yeah, the reason our cramps hurt so much, is because our liners are shedding. U know where the egg rest when it's ready to be fertilized? It has to come out and our bodies and GOD decided that the skin or whatever that the egg is resting on as to come out too. Depending on how thick or thin ur lining is, determines how much has to be "cut". I found this out when I had a surgery done. I don't remember what it was called and don't want to remember either. It was so painfull. She was "cutting" my liner herself. While she was doing it she was tryin to explain to me that what she was doing it exactly what our bodies naturally do during our periods. I got all that before I passed out.

Because God is a man.

Talk to your OB about uterine ablation. If you meet the criteria it can be a huge relief. Hope you feel better!
